Programs & Treatment.

What we offer, how it works, and how we're different from a typical Austin rehab.

  • IOP is a treatment level that gives you more support than weekly therapy but lets you live at home, keep your job, and stay in your life. You come in for sessions, then you go back to your real life.

Our IOP runs about 3-4 hours per session, 3-4 days per week, for 12 to 16 weeks. That's enough time and intensity to do real work — without burning down your career or family.

  • Inpatient rehab is 24/7 — you live there, sleep there, eat there. It's the right fit if you need a full reset from your environment or you're in medical danger from active use.

IOP is for people who can stay safe at home but still need real, structured treatment. You learn the tools in session, then practice them in your actual life — work, family, friends, all of it.

  • Yes. After IOP, most clients step down into our Outpatient Program (OP). OP is fewer hours per week — usually 1-2 sessions — so you keep your support system without the full IOP time commitment.

OP is the bridge between IOP and being on your own. Recovery isn't a switch you flip — it's a gradual handoff.

  • No — and that's on purpose. Detox is a medical procedure that needs 24-hour supervision. We're not built for that.

If you need to detox first, we partner with trusted local detox centers and help get you in. Once you're medically clear, you come to us for the real work of recovery.

  • We use evidence-based therapies that actually have data behind them — CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), trauma-focused work, and motivational interviewing.

We also bring in group work, family sessions, and life-skills coaching. The mix depends on what you actually need, not a one-size script.

  • We don't sugarcoat. We don't preach. We meet you where you are — even if where you are is angry, ashamed, or pretty sure this won't work.

We're small on purpose. You're not a number in a 40-person group. Your clinician knows your name, your story, and what you walked in carrying.

  • Yes. Most people we see have both — and treating them separately doesn't work. If you only treat the drinking but not the anxiety driving it, the drinking comes back.

Our clinicians are trained to handle both at once. That's called dual diagnosis treatment, and it's how we work by default — not an add-on.
