Life After Treatment.

What happens when your program ends — and what's there to keep you supported.

  • Most people step down to our Outpatient Program (OP) — fewer hours, less structure, but ongoing support. Some keep doing one-on-one therapy. Some join our alumni community.

The point is you don't graduate into a void. We build the next layer with you before you finish IOP.

  • Yes. Once you're an Awkward alum, you're in for life. Regular check-ins, group events, and a community of people who've walked the same path you have.

  • Call us. Relapse doesn't mean you failed — it means something in your plan needs adjusting. We've seen it many times and we know how to respond without shame.

Coming back early beats waiting until things spiral. We'd rather hear from you on day one than day ninety.

  • Recovery isn't passive. Stay connected — to your therapist, your alumni group, your support people. Keep the skills you built in treatment sharp by actually using them.

Most importantly: ask for help early when you feel yourself slipping. That's not weakness — it's the skill.

  • Always. Once you're part of the community, the door stays open. If you need another round of IOP, OP, or just a few sessions to reset — we're here.
