Getting Started.
From the first call to your first session — what actually happens and how fast.
Call us at (512) 616-0809 or fill out our contact form. That's it. One call, no commitment, no pitch.
We listen. You tell us what's going on — as much or as little as you want. We ask a few questions to figure out what level of care fits, and we explain how the next steps work.
No high-pressure sales. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you and point you somewhere that is.
Most clients begin within 3 to 7 days of the first call. Step one is verifying insurance. Step two is a clinical assessment with one of our therapists. Step three is starting your program.
No. You can self-refer — just call us. Some insurance plans require a referral for full coverage, and we'll let you know if yours does.
Just yourself. If you have your insurance card and a photo ID handy, bring those too. Anything else we'll handle in the intake.
For the first call or assessment — sure, if you want them there. We also offer family sessions throughout treatment because recovery affects the whole household, not just you.
