Yes. That's the whole point of IOP — it's built for people who need real treatment without quitting their job.
We offer evening sessions so you can work a normal day and still get the support you need.
IOP is 3-4 sessions per week, 3-4 hours each. Evening times available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Plus a weekly one-on-one with your clinician scheduled around your life.
Yes — 6:00 to 9:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Built for people who work day jobs.
Not unless you tell them. All treatment is HIPAA-protected. We never share information with anyone — employer, family, anyone — without your written consent.
If you have professional licensing concerns, we have specific protocols for protecting your record while you do the work.
Life happens. Tell us as soon as you can and we'll work it out. We don't punish honest people for honest scheduling problems.
Consistent attendance does matter for progress — we'll be straight with you about that — but one missed session isn't the end.
For individual sessions, yes — especially when life gets complicated (travel, illness, family emergencies). Group work is mostly in-person because that's where the real connection happens.
We can accommodate business travel. Let your clinician know ahead of time and we'll figure out a plan — usually telehealth check-ins and a session schedule that flexes around your trip.
