Cost & Insurance.

What it costs, who's in-network, and what to do if your plan isn't a perfect match.

  • It depends on your insurance. That's why we verify your benefits before you spend a dime — usually within 24 hours of reaching out.

After verification, we'll tell you exactly what you'll pay out of pocket. No surprise bills, no hidden fees.

  • Yes. We're in-network with several major insurers and accept out-of-network benefits from most major providers.

  • We're currently in-network with Aetna, Tricare, Cigna, Baylor Scott & White, UnitedHealthcare, and Curative. We add new networks regularly — call us if you don't see your plan on the list.

  • We can still work with you using out-of-network benefits. Many plans cover a big chunk of treatment even when the provider isn't in-network — you just file the claim.

We'll run the numbers honestly so you know what you're looking at before you commit.

  • In-network means your insurance has a contract with us — usually lower out-of-pocket cost. Out-of-network means no contract, but most plans still cover a percentage of the cost.

We'll handle the paperwork side and explain what you'll owe up front.

  • Yes. If insurance won't cover the full cost, we offer payment plans and sliding-scale options for people who qualify. No one gets turned away just because the money math is tight.

  • Usually within 24 hours. Submit our insurance verification form or give us your plan info on the phone, and we'll come back with the numbers.
